I love brie. Who doesn’t? This brie is special. It’s rind is studded with cracked pepper. Imagine spicy creamy umami.
There are so many great uses for this brie. Besides as a delicious appetizer.

LOVE Brie!! Sometimes when my family is feeling exceptionally lazy on a Sunday night, we will just bake up some brie and have it for dinner with some crusty bread and granny smith apples. It’s secretly my favorite dinner 😉
