Yet another chicken recipe…. This recipe is just what I like. Simple in taste and preparation. An excellent school/work night recipe that takes less then 5 minutes worth of hands on time. I like the sweet-savory combo that doesn’t overwhelm but enhances and seals in the juices.

Garlic and Brown Sugar Chicken

  • 4 skinless chicken thighs
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 8×8 glass dish with PAM. In a small pan, saute the garlic in the oil until tender. Removed from heat and add in brown sugar. Place chicken thighs in a prepared baking dish and spread the garlic and brown sugar mixture over them. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake uncovered for 30 to 45 minutes or until the juices run clear.
