Another quick, healthy, delicous side dish that will work with most anything. Further proof that you can eat healthy on the go.

Oven Roasted Broccoli with Garlic and Parmesan Cheese

  • 1 bunch of fresh broccoli, removed from stems and separated into florettes
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced thinly
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. On a baking sheet, toss together all ingredients except the cheese. Bake until tender and the tips are turning slightly brown. Take out of oven and sprinkle with cheese.
